Based on Prescreen Recommendation - Will need to get start date and RTO approved by manager upon offer

**UnitMedical ICU/PCU Float# of beds 24Ratios 1:1, 1:2 for ICU level acuity, 1:3-4 for PCU level acuity

Required Certifications BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required, CRRN, PCCN preferred not required.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients Sepsis, COPSD, Covid, pneumonia, CRRT, Arctic sun for post cardiac arrest patients. Overflow from cath lab. Post surgicals needing longer recovery.

- Post interventional caths. Some overflow impella, Swans and IABP

.Experience or 'Must have' skills Minimum of 2 years experience in ICU.
