Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Responsibilities Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial settings Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and stains Strip, seal, wax, and polish floors using appropriate products and techniques Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed Assist with other custodial duties as assigned Skills Knowledge of flooring materials and cleaning methods Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Strong time management skills Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting Effective communication skills Additional Information GDI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
