In this role, you will support service sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our Cruise segment services. About the role As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing service inquiries, preparing quotations, supporting sales cases, and engaging directly with customers. You will collaborate closely with our Onboard Service, Agreement Management, Product Management, and R&D teams to drive proactive sales initiatives and deliver excellent customer experiences This role is ideal for someone who is hands on, solution oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Interaction Handle service sales inquiries and create quotations for customers. Support M&O Sales in preventive maintenance and onboard service cases. Participate in onboard courtesy visits to identify new sales opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. Process & Pipeline Management Coordinate and ensure correct order processing according to service procedures. Create and manage CRM opportunities based on annual maintenance recommendations. Provide accurate and timely quotes for recommended services. Ensure high customer satisfaction through coordinated and well executed service sales work Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams: Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Product Management, Project Management, and Onboard Service. Support R&D and Project Management in customer workshops. Contribute to the development of improved working practices, sales tools, and performance statistics. Proactively identify fleet level sales opportunities together with Product Management What We’re Looking For Engineering degree or related field Several years of experience in service sales and/or direct interaction with Evac's end customers about our products and technologies. Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex solutions of the Evac portfolio Experience in and ability to create service offers and service value propositions. Excellent communication skills and a customer oriented mindset. Structured, solution driven, and pragmatic approach to work. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work well with cross functional teams and build strong internal/external networks. Skilled in MS Office, Jira, Salesforce, SharePoint, QlikView, Arte Arc and ERP systems.
