Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in insurance defense to join a busy and well-established Hartford office. This role is best suited for someone who has hands-on experience supporting insurance defense matters and can step in with minimal training in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle high-volume document review, productions, and discovery specific to insurance defense cases Prepare cases for trial, including organizing exhibits, compiling evidence, and drafting exhibit lists Draft medical chronologies, narrative summaries, and litigation materials commonly used in defense work Support attorneys throughout all phases of insurance defense litigation Conduct legal research and gather case-specific information File pleadings, motions, and other documents in state and federal courts Qualifications: 5–10 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a strong focus on insurance defense Proven experience supporting insurance defense attorneys and case workflows Civil litigation experience will be considered, but insurance defense is strongly preferred Experience with eDiscovery and trial preparation Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures Excellent organizational, writing, and multitasking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Complete Staffing Solutions
