This individual will oversee an established team of Directors, take ownership of daily restaurant operations, and drive operational excellence through strong leadership, accountability, and measurable results. The ideal candidate will bring the experience and confidence to step into a well-established restaurant, quickly earn the trust of an experienced leadership team, and identify opportunities to elevate performance. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can lead from the front, develop others, and ensure the restaurant consistently delivers exceptional operational and guest experience standards. Working directly alongside Owner/Operator Bob McFadden, this leader will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business, invest in the development of future leaders, and contribute to Chick-fil-A Auburn's mission of becoming the most caring company in Auburn. Your Impact Serve as the Operator's primary operational leader, assuming responsibility for restaurant performance and daily execution Directly lead, coach, and hold accountable an established team of Directors Maintain a hands-on presence in restaurant operations, setting the standard for operational excellence across the front and back of house Own key performance indicators, including food cost, labor efficiency, profitability, food safety, and guest experience Identify operational opportunities, develop improvement plans, and execute measurable changes Develop Directors and future leaders through consistent coaching, performance management, and succession planning Partner with the Operator to strengthen restaurant systems, culture, and long-term operational readiness.
