As a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer service. Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your restaurant's success metrics and lead your team to achieve goals
- Create memorable guest experiences through friendly service, a clean environment, and fresh meals
- Develop and mentor team members through training, onboarding, and ongoing support
- Communicate goals, promotions, and updates effectively with your team
