HVAC Installer (5+ Years Experience)

Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. Pay Range: $22 per hour - $32 per hour plus commissions = $50k - $75k per year
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
- Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Remove and dispose of existing equipment safely
- Install ductwork modifications, refrigerant lines, electrical components, thermostats, and condensate drains as needed
- Start up, test, and verify proper operation of installed equipment
- Complete installation paperwork, photos, and required documentation using a tablet
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Work closely with team members to complete quality installations on schedule
