SpringHill Suites Nashville Metrocenter is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our TEAM! As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will help lead and support our dedicated Housekeeping TEAM while ensuring guest rooms consistently meet our high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction. What You’ll Do Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met Mentor, support, and motivate members of the Housekeeping TEAM Communicate areas requiring additional cleaning, maintenance, or attention Ensure rooms are properly stocked, organized, and ready for arriving guests Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance to support smooth hotel operations Assist the Housekeeping TEAM during high-volume periods as needed Help create an exceptional experience for every guest What We’re Looking For 1+ years of previous hotel housekeeping experience required Previous Housekeeping Inspector, Supervisor, or similar experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to effectively communicate with and support TEAM members Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
