$105,800+ annually at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Leverage your bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse communities, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive sales growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most current information.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.

Qualifications:

• Only candidates located within 30 miles of Santa Clara, CA will be considered for this position.

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English and one additional language, such as Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Chinese, Tagalog, or Vietnamese.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Ability to understand and address diverse client needs with tailored insurance solutions.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and develop client strategies.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
