Hiring bonus: $10,000 for 1 year or $20,000 for 2 years (ask us about payout terms)
Schedule: Days 6a-6p, nights 6p-6a, or PRN; full-time and part-time

What you'll doHelp make sure quality care is delivered through staff monitoring, physician contact, care planning and daily resident observation
Provide direct resident care
Direct and monitor nursing assistants on the unit
Follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders and restraint reduction
Document and report changes in condition, room changes, LOAs, admissions and discharges
Give and receive shift report; transcribe and communicate physician orders
Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program
Current LPN/LVN license in good standing in the State of Montana or a compact state
New grads, seasoned nurses and multistate licensees welcome
