Contract | Day/Night Rotating Shifts | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 13–20 Week Assignments Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit, with potential to float to additional units serving the same patient population
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in holiday rotation coverage as required by unit scheduling needs
• Complete required orientation assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted)
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required — all certifications must be in hand at time of submission, no pending certifications accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of permanent experience within a single facility location in the applicable specialty
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting
