Flexible Behavior Assistant - Path to RBT & Training

Positive Behavior Supports Corp.

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA strategies under the guidance of a BCBA. This part-time position allows for flexible scheduling and offers competitive pay, potential for bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong engagement skills with clients, while ABA therapy experience is beneficial.
