Food Service Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for foodservice customers, resolving order and service inquiries promptly
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with sales and operations teams
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate product substitutions or alternatives
• Support sales representatives with pricing, product information, and promotional programs
• Track and report on customer issues, trends, and service metrics
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and related systems
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and account teams to ensure on-time, complete deliveries
• Provide product and menu solution recommendations aligned with customer needs
• Assist with onboarding new foodservice accounts and supporting sales initiatives
