Physician Psychiatry - Competitive Salary

Job Description We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide adult behavioral health services at a Military Treatment Facility located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. This is a full-time opportunity supporting active-duty service members, military families, and retirees within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Position Details Full-Time Monday–Friday schedule Adult Outpatient and Inpatient Psychiatry Military Treatment Facility setting Collaborative team environment Competitive compensation $25,000 sign on bonus Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Graduate of an accredited medical school or foreign medical school with ECFMG certification Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Board-eligible candidates must obtain board certification within two years of hire Current unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory Active DEA registration Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience in adult outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry Experience working within multidisciplinary behavioral health teams Location Fort Liberty, North Carolina offers access to a large military community, affordable living, outdoor recreation, and convenient proximity to Raleigh and the North Carolina coast.
