US - Material Handler - Level 1 - Lifting 10-15lbs or less no machine operation

Job Title

Pay: $18/hr Shift: 1st Shift SubCo Bonus Program: Up to $3,000 with updated payout structure: $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance $1,000 at 60 days $1,000 at 90 days

Responsibilities

Material Handling Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility. Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other equipment. Transport materials to/from aircraft, trucks, trains, or designated storage areas.

Inventory & Documentation Verify and label incoming deliveries. Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records. Process returns, complete required documentation, and communicate with appropriate teams.

Equipment & Collaboration Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance on material handling equipment. Partner with internal departments to locate missing packages, correct delivery errors, and replace damaged items.

Skills & Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Able to perform frequent heavy lifting with good coordination. Organizational Skills: Accurately sort, store, and track inventory. Basic Math Skills: Ability to count and measure quantities accurately. Experience: 02 years as a Material Handler or related role. Communication: Strong communication skills for teamwork and coordination. Attention to Detail: Precise with labeling, tracking, and handling procedures.
