Sales Representative - Facility Services

Job Overview This role provides customers with solutions to their facility services needs by offering industry‑leading products and hands‑on help with details of their workday. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will support customers to get Ready for the Workday™ and apply Cintas Sales Training Program skills in cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing. Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory. Utilize the CRM to identify, pursue, and close new business. Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. Build and maintain customer relationships, providing solutions and excellent service. Collaborate with team members, celebrate wins, and communicate progress. Proficiency with MS Office, internet, and Contact Management System. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role. Prior B2B new business sales experience. Benefits Salary + unlimited commission and quarterly bonus based on performance.
