- Some Higher Education Expected, Degree Preferred
- Learn the Inside Sales Process including Scripts, Presentations, Products, and Regulations
- Learn how to make sale on company provided leads (No Friends & Family, Door-to-Door Sales, or Going to Client’s Homes).
- Help our clients select the best financial product for their situation
- Learn valuable leadership skills
- Learn how to develop a successful sales team

- Weekly Compensation $500/Week To Start
- Compensation (Our Company Averages Based upon Commission)
- 1st year $55,000
- 2nd year $85,000
- 3rd year $110,000
- Average Manager Compensation
- Partners $200,000
- Executive Officers $400,000
