, you'll provide essential hands-on-care by assisting residents with daily living activities. You will also help ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment while working closely with nurses and fellow team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Night: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Wage Range:

$22.60 - $24.31 / hour depending on experience Shift Differential:

$2.00 / per hour for night shift Bonus: $2,000 for Full-Time Location:

200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan. Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN. Document services performed on computerized charting system. Assist residents with prescribed program activities. Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor. Perform additional tasks as needed. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required. Must be 16 years of age.
