Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid PT license in North Carolina
• Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
• Comfort and compassion working with students from age 5 to 22, including those with severe or profound needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other therapists
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students according to IEP goals
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide support within a variety of school settings, with PT area assignments matched to your strengths
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Consult and collaborate with special education teams, families, and school staff
• Adapt interventions and equipment to maximize student safety and learning potential
