Why You'll Love Working at Axil Health Make a tangible difference in patients’ lives every single day Work with a passionate team that feels like family Gain experience with cutting‑edge healthcare technologies Enjoy a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth Be part of a company that’s shaping the future of healthcare Competitive salary and benefits package What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day Reach out to your assigned patients on a structured schedule — some weekly, some monthly — based on their condition and risk level Review remote monitoring dashboards and proactively contact patients when data is trending in the wrong direction Document patient interactions using AI‑assisted tools (less typing, more connecting) Escalate clinical concerns to an on‑team pharmacist using clear protocols Assist in enrolling newly eligible patients into the program Requirements Certified Medical Assistants (CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, or equivalent national certification) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with an active NC license Registered Nurses (RN) looking to step away from bedside and into a structured, relationship‑based model What You Get Compensation discussed at interview Company‑sponsored insurance options: Medical, Dental, Vision Company Paid Short Term Disability Long term Disability Company Paid Term Life Insurance with add‑on options Two 401(k) program options 15 days PTO that increases with tenure Paid holidays + 2 additional floating holidays to use at your discretion Quarterly performance bonuses tied to quality and outcomes metrics Paid training that supports how you learn Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8am‑6pm (Flexible to support life’s needs).
