Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a dynamic tech and telecom location, where you will monitor assigned areas through systems and communications, respond to incidents, and coordinate support for security-related needs. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Coordinate routine and urgent communications between officers, client contacts, and/or first responders, helping to support timely responses to incidents, access concerns, and other security-related matters. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, helping to track calls for service, equipment status, and follow-up needs within a fast-paced technology and communications location. Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring of site systems and perimeter activity, and communicate observed concerns to appropriate personnel for further response. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
