Job Summary The ECommerce Support Specialist supports our digital platforms (Ebay, Shopify, etc.), ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for riders. This role requires a strong aptitude with various digital programs and a passion for cycling. Responsibilities Operate and optimize eCommerce platforms (Ebay, Shopify, etc.) for a smooth customer experience. Communicate effectively with riders and team members across multiple channels. Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs with proper lifting techniques. Provide detailed and accurate order handling, product information, and support. Qualifications Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand. Preferred: Bike shop experience and 1+ year of retail experience as a current or former employee. Excellent communication skills. Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks.
