Job Description

Join our team as a Travel RN in the Behavioral Health department. You will be providing care in a Geri-psych unit, focusing on the mental health and wellness of our patients. This role will require flexibility and a compassionate approach to handling diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct admissions and discharges of behavioral health patients.
• Provide psychiatric nursing care and support to patients with mental health issues.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist in leading RN resources classes as needed.
• Float to other inpatient adult behavioral health units as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS Certification required.
• CPI Certification or Calm Every Storm Certification accepted.
• Minimum of 1 year of current Behavioral Health experience required.
