Position Summary We are looking for a goal driven, detail-oriented, empathetic, and hospitality focused Medical Assistant who is passionate about client care and eager to contribute to our mission of enhancing beauty and confidence while providing a hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day clinical operations, support our providers, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. What You’ll Do Assist with client intake, consents, and medical history. Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment environment. Prep and dispose of treatment trays properly. Manage client records, appointment notes, and scheduling. Assist with inventory, front desk tasks, notecards, and photo documentation. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care. What We’re Looking For Students or recent grads pursuing a future in nursing, PA, or NP school. Interest in medical aesthetics as a future career path. Previous clinical or aesthetic experience preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
