We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to join a high-energy concept known for lively music, an electric atmosphere, inventive cocktails, and out-of-this-world sushi.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 2–3+ years of restaurant management experience with a proven record of strong performance and positive results
• Knowledge of food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation & security
• Strong team leadership and personnel management skills
• Ability to manage recordkeeping, reporting and day-to-day operations
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Valid driver’s license where applicable
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Willingness to complete a background check
• ServSafe and/or alcohol-service certification preferred
