Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team in a hybrid capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, family-oriented environment with minimal micromanagement. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Compensation Package Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package 401(k): 3% company match Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after training and onboarding Responsibilities Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $15,000 in premium (up to $40,000). Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including non-profits, construction, and contractors. Handle all aspects of commercial lines servicing, from policy issuance to claims support. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences. Utilize HawkSoft software for account management and documentation. Qualifications / Requirements Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of independent agency experience in commercial lines servicing. Experience with captives or carriers is not applicable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software is preferred. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with generalist industries such as non-profits, construction, and contractors. Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
