A mission-driven nonprofit is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its senior leadership team in a dynamic role that combines direct patient care with strategic leadership. Position Overview Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care planning and crisis support while leading clinical strategy, program development, and service innovation for a growing nonprofit organization in Iowa Act as part of the executive team to design and implement evidence-based, trauma-informed care models primarily for adolescent patients Provide consultation, mentorship, and guidance to clinical teams Position includes about 15% direct patient care providing medication management and clinical understanding Excellent work/life balance with up to 5 weeks' vacation Starting salary of $150K-$175K (negotiable) Qualifications Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/ PMHNP 3+ years leadership or program development and prior management of direct reports preferred Experience with youth, families, or high-risk populations preferred Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
