Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An urgent opening is available for a Clinical IV Pharmacist for a 3-6 month contract to hire opportunity based in Paragould, AR.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Every third weekend on call

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an IV pharmacist
• Current, active Arkansas pharmacist license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening without issue
• Strong clinical skills including interpretation of laboratory results
• Flexibility to assist in various areas as needed

Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders with accuracy and clinical precision
• Prepare and mix IV medications in the clean room environment when necessary
• Perform other clinical pharmacy duties supporting patient care
