In all actions, support the Quality Policy, Mission Statement, and other policies and procedures by supporting our commitment to total customer satisfaction, quality products and services, lean processes, continuous improvement, on-time delivery, safety, taming, individual accountability, and respect for people.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesStatus delinquencies (shortages), know where they are within the plant and the projected delivery date.Manage and coordinate short flow, AOG, Priority requirements, Not Moving orders by negotiating due dates when on-time delivery is in jeopardy.Identify potential problems, analyze, and propose alternatives for resolution for any issues that may jeopardize on-time delivery.Identifies and communicates parts shortages.Responsible of generating and follow up Timelines for HOT parts upon CSR request.Add priority to Work Orders and Shipping Schedules when needed using the plant soft tools such as AS400, e-mail, etc.Become knowledgeable of and follow company procedures. Support other team positions as required.Follow all job tools available and applicable to the job and the plant including SP's, Work instructions, Modules, etc.Perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet company growth and customer expectations.Work well under pressure; meeting multiple & sometimes competing deadlines. At all times, demonstrate cooperative and civil behavior with co-workers, supervisors and customers.Education and ExperiencesHigh school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
