As a Universal Banker, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing exceptional service, identifying financial solutions, and supporting a variety of everyday banking needs. As a Universal Banker, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience by:

• Building meaningful relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs
• Processing a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently
• Opening and servicing deposit accounts
• Assisting customers with debit card services and online banking support
• Working with customers on consumer loans
• Educating customers on available products and services
• Supporting daily branch operations and maintaining operational excellence
• Delivering the friendly, professional service our communities have come to expect from The Citizens Bank

We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys helping others. Successful candidates typically possess:

• Previous banking experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence making decisions and solving problems
• Strong computer and technology skills
• A collaborative attitude
