We are a busy, fast-paced Sushi & Hibachi restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional food, outstanding service, and an unforgettable dining experience. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable servers who enjoy working with people and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, sushi selections, and hibachi options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Coordinate with sushi chefs, hibachi chefs, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Deliver food and beverages while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
• Monitor tables, refill beverages, clear dishes, and anticipate guest needs.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and service stations.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of sushi, Japanese cuisine, or hibachi dining is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet all local requirements for serving alcohol, if applicable.
