Surgical Technician (SEIU)

Surgical Technician
Assists the surgical team in the preparation of surgical procedures in the operating room. Prepares surgical cases by creating and maintaining a sterile field, retracting and passing instruments, supplies and medications to surgeons during cases. Performs a variety of technical skills, including the maintenance of supplies. This position is represented by SEIU.
Rotating Shift, 4 x 10s, start at 6:30 or 8:30. Not set days of the week. Call one night per week and one weekend per month. Must have 2 years of experience with ortho, totals, GYN, and general.
