We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our clinic/community hybrid team in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This role focuses on supporting the motor and physical development of infants and toddlers through thoughtful, individualized care plans that are aligned with each family’s goals. You will work closely and collaboratively with caregivers, helping them understand their child’s development, building practical strategies for daily life, and ensuring therapy feels supportive, not clinical or overwhelming. This is a full-time role that blends in-clinic care with meaningful community-based connection.
