Voice L2 Technician | Remote VoIP & IP Office Support

In-Telecom is looking for a Voice L2 Technician to provide remote help desk support for IP Office and ITC Cloud phone systems. This role requires at least 2 years of IT support experience, particularly in MSP/VoIP environments, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills. Ideal candidates will be familiar with Avaya systems and have certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+.
