Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Worcester, Massachusetts
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team at Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. As a Per Diem SLP, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your life, while making a difference in the lives of our patients. Speech-Language Pathologist is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing patient-centered care to individuals with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to ensure holistic care
Provide patient and family education on compensatory strategies, home exercises, and swallowing safety

Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active State SLP License (in good standing)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (or active CFY depending on facility needs)
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Experience in a [Insert Setting, e.g., SNF / Acute Care / Outpatient / Home Health / Pediatrics] preferred
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
