Client Coordinator

$20 - $25 per hour

Azenta seeks a Client Coordinator for its Project Management Office to provide administrative support for life sciences projects. The role involves managing service requests, generating reports, coordinating with clients, and supporting project execution across sample management and genomic services.

Responsibilities

Support PMO team with records review, Service Request creation, and advanced Excel tasks
Generate inventory, KPI, and KQI reports for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and coordinate project issue resolution, including logistics and sample management support
Oversee user and client access management for Limfinity Sample Management system
Collaborate with Project Managers to track critical study milestones and ensure project success

Requirements

High school diploma or GED minimum; associate or bachelor's degree in science preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in regulated industry environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple demands and work independently
FDA and GXP regulated environment experience preferred

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly
