Physical Therapist (PT) – Orthopedic Focus, Float
North Metro, MN | Full-Time (30 hrs/week)
Looking for a role that keeps your work dynamic and your impact immediate? On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience and a strong orthopedic background to support multiple workplace injury prevention programs across the North Metro.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver onsite injury prevention and early intervention care
- Lead stretching, mobility, and body mechanics sessions
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement practical solutions
- Educate employees on safe movement and injury prevention
- Travel between North Metro locations
What You Bring
- Active Minnesota PT license
- 2+ years of PT experience required
- Orthopedic experience required
- Independent, adaptable, and proactive
