Human Resources Coordinator

Detail-oriented, organized HR Coordinator to support our HR team across onboarding, employee records, benefits, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. Hybrid 3-4 days onsite Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm Temporary for 3-4 months with potential for permanent hiring What You'll Do Serve as a go-to resource for employees and managers on routine HR questions and processes Coordinate onboarding (new hire paperwork, background checks, HRIS entry, orientation) and offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave tracking Assist with compliance documentation, file audits, and policy acknowledgments Prepare HR communications, reports, and trackers Provide general administrative support to the HR team What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of experience in HR, HR operations, recruiting coordination, or related HR admin roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with onboarding, HRIS data entry, benefits, and compliance basics Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience HRIS/ATS experience required (BambooHR preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience SHRM-CP, PHR, or related coursework a plus, not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
