Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead strategic compensation initiatives across the organization. You will design and implement competitive programs, advise senior leaders, and drive annual compensation cycles with a focus on equity and performance. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business units, mentor junior staff, analyze market data, and translate enterprise compensation philosophy into unit-level actions.
