Production Operator 1st or 2nd Shift

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with steady hours, weekly pay, and no weekend work.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00 starting pay with opportunity for additional training/upskilling raises

• Weekly pay

• Full-time hours

Available shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Monday through Friday

What you'll be doing:

• Working on a production line coating, prepping, and finishing panels

• Performing quality checks throughout the process

• Following established procedures and safety guidelines

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Helping the team meet daily production goals

What we're looking for:

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Someone who arrives on time and is ready to work each day

• Comfort with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stay focused and pay attention to detail

• Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is a plus

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Physical requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
