We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a brief, scheduled home visit to administer insulin injections . This role is ideal for a dependable LVN looking for flexible, short-duration visits. Responsibilities
- Administer insulin injection as prescribed 3x a day (7am, 11am and 7pm)
- Follow proper medication administration and safety protocols
- Monitor and document patient response
- Communicate any concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate party
- Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality
- Active LVN license in good standing
- Experience with insulin administration
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- One-on-one patient care
- Minimal documentation
- Supportive environment
- Opportunity for ongoing visits if desired
