Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a brief, scheduled home visit to administer insulin injections . This role is ideal for a dependable LVN looking for flexible, short-duration visits.

Responsibilities

  • Administer insulin injection as prescribed 3x a day (7am, 11am and 7pm)

  • Follow proper medication administration and safety protocols

  • Monitor and document patient response

  • Communicate any concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate party

  • Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Active LVN license in good standing

  • Experience with insulin administration

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Additional Details

  • One-on-one patient care

  • Minimal documentation

  • Supportive environment

  • Opportunity for ongoing visits if desired
