FINANCE OPERATION MANAGER

Job Description Annual Compensation: $60,000 - 75,000 Key Responsibilities Manage grant accounting end-to-end including compliance and reporting Own payroll processing and related accounting entries Oversee operational finance activities including services and expense tracking Support budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with CFO Work with Controller on grant accounting and financial reporting alignment Assist in cash flow tracking and reporting Ensure documentation and compliance for all grant-related activities Partner with program and development teams on financial matters Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 4–6 years of relevant experience Experience with Sage Intacct preferred Experience with SAP Concur (or similar systems) preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
