Healthcare Billing Specialist

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Healthcare Billing Specialist will manage billing data entry, verify insurance information, and communicate with clients to resolve billing issues, working in a hybrid role with three remote days and two in-office days as needed. Key responsibilities Perform billing data entry and ensure accuracy by comparing data with source documents Research and update billing demographic data to facilitate prompt payment from insurance Communicate with clients and patients via phone to resolve billing discrepancies Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of relevant work experience Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry (10 key skills) Experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) is preferred
