Responsibilities include providing information about insurance products and services, assisting clients with policy applications and renewals, handling client inquiries and providing timely responses, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and prospecting new clients via an omni-channel approach (calls, Web, Text, Email, In-person).

Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
