About the Position

We are seeking a Cardiologist Physician for an inpatient opportunity in North Carolina. This 483-day assignment involves nights and weekend shifts, including acting as 2nd call, with a minimum commitment of one week and one weekend per month. Responsibilities include conducting consults and E&M services, interpreting echo and nuclear studies, and providing comprehensive care for adult patients admitted to the hospital.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct consults upon request and provide E&M services; no procedures required.
• Interpret echo and nuclear studies performed within the hospital.
• Provide comprehensive care for adult patients admitted under our client's Heartcare.
• Maintain a manual log of all charges.
• Collaborate with the EP on call for temporary pacemaker coverage.
• Utilize a pager provided by the heartcare department for communication.
