• 2 years of CURRENT Pharmacy Technician experience - Required
• Must be a CERTIFIED PHARMACY TECH (CPhT) - FACILITY WILL NOT PEND CERT
• Previous travel - Preferred
• High degree of proficiency in IV compound & chemotherapy compounding - Required

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications xywuqvp - Must be uploaded with profile (NH license, BLS, CPhT and PERM address - Facility will not pend License/Certs)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH License required at time of submission, CPht required at submission
Weekend Requirements : 1 weekend per month/Holiday coverage if required
