Our client in Arlington, TX is seeking a temporary Bilingual Human Resources Specialist (Arabic) to support our HR team for about twelve weeks. This person will play a critical role in supporting daily HR operations, serving as a primary point of contact for employee-related matters and will ensure HR processes remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. This position will help oversee key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management while also supporting HR staff and leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in HR (generalist, coordinator, or similar role)
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and policies
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
