Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health needs to develop and implement effective behavioral health treatment plans for individuals and groups.

  • Providing both telehealth and in-person therapy sessions that adhere to the highest clinical standards.
  • \n
  • Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system to ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping.
  • \n
  • Participating in regular staff meetings and case discussions to enhance collaborative care and share best practices among peers.
  • \n
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities with a focus on client-centered approaches to promote healing and personal growth.
  • \n
  • Maintaining an organized schedule and facilitating timely client intake to maximize your availability for therapy sessions.
  • \n
  • Completing timely progress notes and clinical documentation to monitor clients’ progress and outcomes effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse group of clients seeking assistance with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. You will have the chance to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, assisting them on their journeys towards improved mental health and well-being. Our focus is on helping clients develop strategies to navigate challenges, foster emotional resilience, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

  • A valid licensure as an LMFT or its equivalent is required for practice.
  • \n
  • Exceptional clinical skills and the ability to exhibit mature judgment in crisis intervention situations.
  • \n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client counseling and documentation.
  • \n
  • Proficiency with the DSM V diagnostic criteria and a commitment to adherence to ethical practice standards.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on maintaining up-to-date scheduling and client availability.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred to enhance your candidacy:

  • Previous work experience in a community health setting, particularly in family therapy.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

  • Experience with telemedicine platforms and digital therapeutic tools.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in using Google G-suite and TheraNest for client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, education, and expertise. In addition, we provide:
