ROLE DESCRIPTION: As part for The Shani Sorensen insurance agency Inc. team, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact prospects about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Review client's insurance needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in sales required.
• P&C license required.
• Insurance experience preferred

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
