Our diverse industry exposure equips us with invaluable tools, tricks, and techniques to tackle complex software and data challenges.We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong understanding of Agile Methodology projects to support our client. This is a part-time (20 hours a week) contract engagement ideally suited for a candidate based in the New England area. The project focuses on Angular-based software development with data visualization as the primary deliverable. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's unique requirements. Pharma experience is required. This position is a great fit for someone with a proven track record of driving enterprise-scale IT projects, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, setting timelines, holding people accountable, and delivering projects on time and on budget. Your leadership will help guide the completion of complex solutions created in an Agile environment. Experience developing software applications, particularly with Angular and data visualization tools, is essential.Scrum needs:Day-to-day facilitation of agile ceremonies.Leading Angular application development teams focused on creating dynamic data visualizations.Supporting and executing release planning activities, ensuring sprints are adequately filled, and acceptance criteria are cleared with QA.Managing development efforts to meet technical requirements, design, and timelines.Coordinating the team's work to maintain consistency and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.Assessing and unblocking the team when disruptions to critical delivery timelines occur.Goals:Identify risks, take preventative action to minimize them, and ensure seamless project progression.Communicate proactively regarding capacity and identify opportunities to increase team velocity.Maintain a backlog of refined stories groomed two or more sprints in advance to maximize team efficiency and flexibility.Minimum Job Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a related field.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.Proven experience managing Angular-based software development projects.Strong knowledge of data visualization concepts and tools.Experience working with tight deadlines and handling escalations.5+ years of related experience managing projects and teams.Working knowledge of Machine Learning concepts is a plus.
